Stoneridge Adding Shops, California Pizza Kitchen Soon

Hungry shoppers soon will be able to dine on hearth-baked pizzas, made-to-order pastas, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts when a California Pizza Kitchen opens in the  this summer.

Construction has begun on the 6,000 square-foot restaurant that will be close to two other large restaurant chains, and , at Mall Entrance D.

The restaurant will feature patio seating, a full bar and a large exhibition pizza oven, said Carrie Williams, director of marketing and business development at the shopping center.

The mall's smaller quick-serve CPK ASAP, on the upper level near Macy's Women's, will remain open until the full-service restaurant launches.

California Pizza Kitchen isn’t the mall's only addition.

Love Culture, a women's clothing store, will open an 11,000 square-foot shop on the lower level next to Pottery Barn. Love Culture sells inexpensive, trendy clothes similar to that found in stores such as  or Wet Seal.

Color Me Mine, a “paint-your-own ceramics” studio with 400 designs in unfinished pottery and 60 colors is coming, too. It is slated to open in late April or early May on the lower level near .

Nordstrom, too, is undergoing some changes.

The department store recently embarked on a renovation that includes upgrading Nordstrom Café and EBar and updating flooring, dressing rooms, restrooms, fixtures and more, according to Williams.

, an athletic apparel store, also is being remodeled and will re-open in a few weeks. In the meantime, running shoes, baseball caps and more can be found in its temporary shop on the lower level near Macy’s Women’s.
