Ptownlife.org, Pleasanton’s Youth & Family website, is sponsoring its first Youth Literature Contest. Tell your story about growing up, your childhood, or what it means to be a kid.
Pleasanton youth in 3rd – 12th grades are eligible to submit an original story, and prizes will be awarded to the top stories in each age group (3rd-5th grade, 6th-8th grade, & 9th-12th grade.)
The top five overall stories will be featured on Ptownlife. Visit ptownlife.org/play/contests for Official Contest Rules and how to submit your entry.
Ptownlife.org was created to connect youth and families to the numerous services, programs, and activities in Pleasanton. The site features a Calendar of events, Park & Trail guide, Community News, and Organization & Business listings.
The site is a direct outcome of the Pleasanton Youth Master Plan, a document outlining the long-term vision, goals and strategies for meeting the needs of children and youth in Pleasanton.
