Join the Lemonade Project and be part of a statewide campaign for financial literacy!
We are a team of high school volunteers across California who teach personal finance through lemonade stand simulations. Currently an elementary school-centered campaign, we hope to expand our outreach to middle and high school audiences around Pleasanton for the 2012-2013 school year.
To do this, we need 50 additional volunteers to lead financial literacy seminars. All events will take place after school and/or Saturdays. Hours are flexible and determined by sign-up basis.
If you are a high school student who loves working with kids, we want you! Why us? We have great perks: free t-shirts, snacks, and the occasional cupcake bake-off...among other team bonding events (baking, karoake, and dancing skills all a plus.)
