Competitive Softball Tryouts

NorCal Valley Stompers are holding Fall Team Tryouts for the following teams.  

16U - ’98: Joe Callaway

All positions are open and will fill up fast. If you are unable to make it to the August 11th tryout, please express your interest by completing our online registration from and emailing info@valleystompers.org. Address: 501 Danville Blvd., Danville. The fields are located on the NORTH end of the High School and can be accessed from Del Amigo Rd. (off Danville Blvd).

Program Details: 
Located in the San Ramon Valley along the 680 corridor, the NorCal Valley Stompers are the "A" Travel Ball division of the San Ramon Valley Girls Athletic League (SRVGAL) and is open to all interested player interested in competing at a national level. NorCal Valley Stompers requires a high level of commitment from player and families as our teams compete in some of the highest rated tournaments, while constantly seeking to match up against the best teams.
 
Our goal is to develop mature, responsible young ladies with a passion and respect for the game. We plan on playing in top tournaments throughout northern and southern California, with options to travel out of state depending on the opportunities. We utilize best coaching practices in the areas of; skill mechanics (basic and advanced), mental aspects of the game (strategy, rules, and game philosophy), physical training (endurance, strength conditioning, injury prevention and athlete nutrition), and team spirit and fun through empowerment. We expect 100% effort and focus at practices and games.
 
Our coaching staff consist of highly experience 18G, High School Varsity and experienced Travel Ball coaches - most are non-parent coaches.
