CAR SEAT SAFETY CHECK: Axis Community Health and the
California Highway Patrol invite you to join us for a free car seat safety event where you can get your car seat checked or replaced at no cost to you.  Saturday, August 11th from 9am-12pm at Axis’s Livermore Clinic, 3311 Pacific Ave., Livermore. 

Call (925) 201-6082 or email ecordova@axishalth.org by August 3rd to schedule an appointment or drop by anytime between 9am-12pm on the day of the event.
