Photo of the Week: I-580, I-680 With Light Traffic?

Despite the fact that it rarely feels like it to those of us who regularly travel on these two congested freeways, the traffic appears to be exceptionally light in all four directions in this shot.
This interesting photo of the I-580 and I-680 interchange as taken by by Tony Zwetsloot of Danville.
Zwetsloot, a retired Livermore Pleasanton firefighter, has shared some breath-taking photos with Patch in the past— taken from his bird's-eye view of the Tri-Valley from his powered parachute.
