Derek A Allen Memorial Fund Dedication Ceremony

Derek Allen, Class of 2006, died as a result of a fatal accident in San Francisco October 7, 2010.

To honor Derek's life and his passion for the arts, the DerekAAllen Memorial Fund was created to support the AVHS Visual Arts, especially ceramics. First year donations brought in $3180 - used for a Ceramics Display case in the Admin Building. Display case will show 'Student of the Month' work as well as some of Derek's pieces.

Celebrate our passion for the Arts! Teachers, students, friends and Deborah Grossman, Poet Laureate Emerita will be there to mark the occasion. Sept 30th 1pm.
