Previously on Giuliana & Bill Season 5 Episode 10 "What Happens in Cabo...", Giuliana and Bill are on pins and needles as they await news of the "safe zone," also known as the twelve-week, second trimester mark when they can finally announce their baby news to the world. To take G's mind off everything, Bill starts secretly planning a weekend getaway in Cabo--complete with all of their friends in tow. But first, there's business to tend to such as Giuliana's fashion line, her speaking engagement and finalizing their restaurant menu. Once they've escaped the city and landed on the sunny beach, it's only a matter of waiting for the phone call--and trying not to spill the beans to their friends early!

It's a story tailor-made for a reality-TV series: "E! News" anchor Giuliana DePandi and first "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic met during an interview, were engaged in 2006 and married the next year. So, of course, Style, E!'s sister network, ordered a series featuring the celebrity couple. "Giuliana & Bill" features the couple as they're seen navigating their not-quite-ideal relationship with many phone calls and flights, as he runs businesses in Chicago and she works in Los Angeles. Although he eventually moves out west to be with his wife in the City of Angels.
Giuliana and Bill is a reality show on the Style Network. It features E! News host, and host of Fashion Police Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic, an American entrepreneur who won the first season of The Apprentice. The couple, who first met when Giuliana was interviewing Bill for E! News, were married on September 1, 2007. The fifth season began airing on April 3, 2012 and in progress.
Reruns air on the Style Network as well as its sister networks, E! and Bravo.

The season five premiere of “Giuliana & Bill” garnered 528,000 total viewers and delivered among the targeted key demos 283,000 W18-49 and 155,000 W18-34.
“Giuliana & Bill” airs Tuesday nights at 8pm ET/PT on Style. This season viewers will get an intimate look into Giuliana’s journey as she returns to work, leaving Bill to find balance with their new houseguests -- Giuliana’s parents, Anna and Eduardo. Additionally, the season will celebrate the opening of their restaurant RPM Italian in Chicago, which features many of Giuliana’s mother’s, Mamma DePandi’s, recipes. And while their immediate focus is on Giuliana’s recovery, the future is always top of mind for Giuliana and Bill as they continue to dream of one day starting a family

I was surprised at how much I liked Giuliana and Bill Rancic. Their interaction and chemistry with each other is actually cute. Plus her assistant Matthew is funny and it cracks me up when Giuliana refers to him as 'one of the girls'.
Does anyone know if Bill's business does well or not? I couldn't find much information on his company.
Overall, cute and fun reality show. Giuliana is really likable and acts as a foil to the more serious Bill.
I'm still trying to figure out if Giuliana's parents speak much English or just Italian.
