Costa Rica-inspired jewelry featuring Goldfil and Rhodium metals 

PLEASANTON, CA: July 24, 2012:  Studio Seven Arts, the Bay Area’s largest art gallery, today announced a special evening reception dedicated to jewelry artist Carol Lipworth. The gallery will showcase her fine jewelry, including rings, bracelets and necklaces and she will be present to discuss and demonstrate their works on Friday night, July 27th.

Studio Seven Art’s Carol Lipworth Trunk Show will introduce her newest line of one-of-a-kind adjustable rings in gold overlay that feature goldfil and rhodium metals with semi-precious stones.

Carol makes uses of unexpected mixes of color, varying textures and shapes to define a bold and engaging line of feminine jewelry. Her collections combine splashy and bright colors with raw, organic shapes resulting in a stunning visual impact. 

Friday Reception: A special gallery reception is set for this Friday evening, July 27th, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, where visitors can meet the artist and discuss her varying works and sip wine.  More than 90 uniquely handcrafted rings will be featured during the event in addition to other pieces. 

“Carol’s work shows her dedication to making handcrafted jewelry that is both fun and beautiful,” said Dirk Christiansen, owner of Studio Seven Arts.  “Her designs are a captivating array of bright colors, interesting shapes and textures that are all wholly unique.”

About the Artist: Carol resides in Houston Texas and began designing jewelry in 2003 while she was living in Costa Rica. Inspired by her natural surroundings, her creations explode with lush colors of the ocean and jungle.
