Second Annual Summer Fitness and Health Fair
Iron Horse Nutrition, in conjunction with Express Fitness gym, will host the second annual free fitness and health fair on Saturday, July 16, from 10 am to 2 pm offering the community an opportunity to participate in a day of activities focused on fitness and health.
“We have a great day planned with many activities, giveaways and professional body builder meet-and-greets,” says Tim Massie, owner of Iron Horse Nutrition. “We’ll have vendors from top supplement and fitness companies, free product samples, and free chair massages. The new Fresh and Easy grocery store will also participate as well as other businesses at Rose Pavilion.”

Vendors from top name brand supplement companies will be available to provide information about the latest nutritional supplements and offer samples. Companies include Gaspari Nutrition, Betancourt Nutrition, Shocker Nutrition, and several others.
Pro Athlete body builders to offer advice and autographs.

Pro athletes who represent the vendors will be available to talk to guests about their company’s products, provide fitness advice, and sign autographs. Among the celebrity body builders will be IFBB Pros Hidetada Yamagishi, representing Gaspari Nutrition, and Brandon Ray, representing Betancourt Nutrition. Yamagishi, also known as “Ultimate Warrior”, is currently ranked among the top athletes in the International Federation of Body Builders (IFBB) competition circuit, is a Team Gaspari Nutrition pro athlete and a "regular" in Muscle Magazine. Ray was the 2010 Nationals Champion for his weight class after a rapid ascent in the competition circuit since 2006.
Additional activities and vendors
Additional health and fitness-related vendors will be present including Fit Moms Club fitness fashion for women, free chiropractic evaluations from Coleman Chiropractic, Gripz Gloves, free chair massages and more. Guests will be entertained with salsa music, while Express Fitness will offer activities of their own to add to the festivities.
