Chamber of Commerce Hosting Annual 'Consumer Showcase'

The event will be on Sunday, May 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Stoneridge Shopping Center.

Information from the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce--

The Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce is hosting its third annual Consumer Showcase on Sunday, May 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The showcase will take place in the Grand Court of Stoneridge Shopping Center, in the center of the mall.  Over 18 exhibitors will be on hand showcasing everything from the Alameda County Fair and its entertainment lineup to health clubs and their classes and gyms to services from spas, including massages. Back by popular demand will be the cake samples, compliments of Filigree Cakes and Pastries.

Guests will have the chance to win a $500 gift card to the mall. By visiting the exhibitor booths, guests will be entered into the shopping spree drawing, which will take place at the end of the day Sunday. At last year’s Consumer Showcase, Fardin Nedjad of Castro Valley and his 12-year old daughter Pariya walked away with the $500 gift card.

This year’s event is expected to draw hundreds of shoppers to the Grand Court location, which is where Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny are set up seasonally.

The showcase is a unique opportunity for consumers to learn more about each business, which is not in direct competition with mall tenants. The Chamber is a non-profit organization that relies on the support of its members and the local business community.
