Sizzlin' Saturdays in Downtown Pleasanton

There will be special promotions and live music on Saturday nights throughout the rest of August in downtown Pleasanton.

Summer is the perfect time to take advantage of those extra daylight hours and beautiful nights, according to the Pleasanton Downtown Association.

Each Saturday Night in August from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., visitors will enjoy special offers from some of their favorite downtown shops and eateries including: Chiantis Ristorante, Clover Creek, Gourmet Works, Heroes & Villains Comics, Murphy’s Paw, Pans on Fire, Prim, Saigon Bistro Vietnamese Cuisine, Sincerely Yours Cards & Gifts, Strizzi’s Restaurant, Towne Center Books and Yolatea. 

Guests will also enjoy live music in the 400, 500 and 600 blocks of Main Street, as well as special entertainers for children in the 600 block.

The series of four Saturday night events was organized by the Pleasanton Downtown Association (PDA) and is free of charge. 

PDA Executive Director Laura Olson said, “We want residents and visitors to come to downtown and really savor all we have to offer here. The PDA is excited to provide outdoor entertainment to further enhance the charm and ambiance of our downtown. We encourage everyone to shop, dine, stroll and enjoy all there is to do and see in downtown Pleasanton.”
