Sprouts & Shutters: Safeway Gas Station Opens

A new option is available in Pleasanton for those wishing to use their Safeway gas rewards without having to leave the city. The 24-hour self-service gasoline station is located at 6790 Bernal Avenue.

Sprouts & Shutters: New Mexican Restaurant Open in Pleasanton

Cocina Mexico opened for business on Feb. 1 at 55 W. Angela St. They're in the space formerly occupied by Amelia's Bistro.

Sprouts & Shutters: That Bar Changing Name and Theme

That Bar is changing its name to McGah's Pub and Piano Bar and will operate with a sports as well as an Irish theme. The grand opening will be on St. Patrick's Day.

Sprouts & Shutters: Barbecue Restaurant Grand Opening

Dickey's Barbecue Pit is hosted a grand opening Thursday at their restaurant at 3191-D Crow Canyon Place. There is also a Dickey's located  in Pleasanton.

Sprouts & Shutters: Camera Shop Closes In Alamo

Readers last week reported to us the closure of the store at 218 Alamo Plaza. No one is quite sure when the store closed.

Sprouts & Shutters: Livermore Catering Service Expands

A Livermore catering business has expanded. Last fall, Cabana Dave's announced it was forming a new division, On The Vine Catering, which provides event planning and culinary expertise for weddings and other high-profile events.
