Two Great Tenants Looking to Rent

Hi, my name is Gregg. My colleague Mike and I are looking for temporary, furnished (if possible) housing in the Pleasanton area. We are construction managers from Chicago Illinois that have been dispatched to Fremont (me) and Lafayette (Gregg). Pleasanton Area looks like the in between area for us to look for housing. We are contractors on pipeline work for PG&E. I am currently staying in Livermore. If we have a successful reply to this ad, it would be nice to be moved in by July 1st. Tentatively, we are scheduled to be on the job until Thanksgiving, but the job could be pushed towards the end of the year or longer.

Here is what we are seeking: If possible, it would be nice to find someone that is looking to rent out a two bedrooms house for us to live in. If for some reason if you just have one large room for rent, don't hesitate to contact me. We will be working long hours during the week, but should be off most Sundays. Not looking for anything fancy, but will entertain all responses from this ad. The alternative is spending 5-6 months in an extended stay the company provides for us. Since we will be away from our families for an extended time, it would be nice to have a HOME to come home to every night.

Mike is 46, I am 37. We have been project partners for over 7 years. Both of us will have rental cars and need some where to park (street is fine). We are both non smokers and like playing golf when time permits. There will never be a time when we have guests at your home. When our wives come to visit, we will take them to the Bay Area for a good time. Basically we just need a place to come home to after work.

We are very friendly and professional people, but we also respect privacy and keep our noses out of other people's business. If your place is furnished (bed, night stand, lamp), we will treat your belongings as if they were ours. We are bringing no pets.

I'm not sure if I will have any luck posting on here, but it's worth the effort if we can find a place to call home for the remainder of the year.
