The Homeless Need only - YOUR VOTE- to survive!

The homeless need only your votes now to survive..see how quickly you can change a day in their life!

by Doug Linman for Pastor and Tonia Bryceson

Normally I write articles for the Science Corner of the Patch but a former Pleasanton Pastor and his wife asked if we could help them out feeding the homeless and all they need are your VOTES!

They now run a church in Spokane dedicated to the homeless and continue to visit us in Pleasanton when they can. I have flown out there before to see all the incredible work they do, changing so many lives, and how we can learn from their struggle in supporting such programs for the Homeless. So PLEASE just VOTE now, nothing more, so they can continue their work.

HERE IS THE DETAIL- JUST VOTE!

We are sending this to you because at one time you have either visited our kitchen, helped serve the homeless, or gave donations to keep our homeless ministry going.   We really need your help right now and it will only take a few minutes of your time. We are not asking for money, simply a few clicks of the computer mouse.

Parker Toyota is hosting a Donation Campaign and we have a chance to win $3,000-$8,000. Winnings go directly to the subsidiary Street Wise to keep feeding and clothing the homeless.  It buys food, tarps, toiletries, backpacks, boots, socks, blankets, and more!!

Here’s how you can help…

Log on to Facebook.

1. Search for Parker Toyota

2. Click “LIKE” at the top of their page.

3. Scroll down the page until you see the voting poll.

4. Click on the “4more” tab to see the rest of the participants that are hidden.

5. Click on First Covenant Church.  To be sure your vote was counted you should see the count increase by one immediately.

If you need help with the voting process or need assistance setting up a Facebook account so you can vote please contact Tonia Bryceson (streetwise@fccspokane.org) OR Nicole Aguilera (nicoleaguilera@mac.com).

We will be more than happy to help you help us!  If everyone can get just 10 of your friends and family to vote too we could really win this contest!!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT, PRAYER, and VOTES!!!!!
