Alameda County Fair Seeking Volunteers
Interested volunteers can email Jamie Osborn at josborn@alamedacountyfair.com.
From the Alameda County Fairgrounds:
The 101st Alameda County Fair is in need of volunteers to assist with the many activities and programs during the annual summer event that draws over a half million patrons annually. Each year, volunteers help to make the Fair the success it is and the 101st annual Fair needs you! Individuals, companies and organizations are welcome. The Fair also presents a great fundraising opportunity and a chance to be a part of a positive and successful community event. Interested volunteers can email Jamie Osborn at josborn@alamedacountyfair.com.
Do you make the best cake pops? Does your family rave about your quilting? Do you have a beautiful garden or grow amazing flowers? If you can “Make it, Take it, Grow it or Show it” you can enter it at the Alameda County Fair! For details go to www.ACFairExhibits.com.

About the Fair Association
The non-profit Fair Association continues to provide a significant public benefit without receiving any tax support. In addition to maintaining & enhancing the existing facilities, the Fair Association originally purchased the 268-acre fairgrounds in the 1930’s and deeded the property to the County of Alameda in the 1940’s.
With the “Oldest One-Mile Race Track in America,” the Fair Association hopes to continually enhance its horse training and racing program in Pleasanton.
