Girl Scout Cookies: Where and When You Can Buy Them Near Pleasanton

Girl Scouts will be out in force starting Sunday with boxes of peanut butter, mint, berry and other cookies to sell.

Are you ready for some Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties and Savannah Smiles?

It's that time of year again.

Today is National Girl Scout Cookie Day and, starting Sunday, Girl Scouts will be in neighborhoods and in front of businesses, asking if you'd like to buy a box of cookies.

The Scouts will be selling cookies in Pleasanton from Feb. 10 to March 17. You can use this locator along with your zip code to find out when and where.

The Girl Scouts will sell 11 types of cookies this year. Girl Scout cookies were first sold in 1917, five years after Juliette Gordon Low started the non-profit organization.

Scout leaders say the cookie sales not only raise money for the organization, but also teach girls how to run their own business.

So glad you got this resolved. When I saw your plea for help, I put in a call to Public Works andRead More they transferred me to Police/Animal Services. They told me that someone had already been dispatched.

Many thanks to Police/Animal Services. Next order of business is to educate residents not to allowRead More ducks to nest on their property that is not adjacent to natural waterways or canals - it may seem cute, but it's cruel when the mama duck loses babies to cats and storm drains.
