Spotted in Pleasanton: Why Did the Unicorn Cross the Road?

The corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue is well known for election campaigning, patriots waving the Stars and Stripes and even a dancing pickle from Mr. Pickle's Deli.
But motorists on Wednesday saw their first unicorn at 2:44 p.m. Does anyone know who wore the suit - and why?
