Mr. Amador is an annual male beauty pageant featuring ten of Amador Valley High School's most upstanding students. For nine years, it has been an event that is looked forward to by the entire community. The best part about Mr. Amador is that all proceeds raised go to George Mark Children's House in San Leandro. The George Mark Children’s House, the first free standing residential palliative care center in the United States, was created to give the gift of time to children – and their families – by providing compassionate care to children suffering with life-limiting illnesses.

Everyone involved with Mr. Amador 2014 was given the opportunity to visit this amazing non-profit and we all feel passionately about our purpose. We look forward to raising as much money as possible by putting on an unforgettable show!

Throughout the school year, we have had many fundraisers, such as: caroling, selling Valentine's Day Grams, a bowling fundraiser, etc. Our last event is the show and would greatly appreciate any and all support.

The show this year is on April 14th, one show being at 5 pm and the other at 8 pm. Come out and support the Mr. Amador 2014 cast as they perform dances, a fashion show, question and answer session, and personal talents!

Tickets are on sale at Amador's student activities window Monday, April 7th- Friday April 11th. Ticket prices: presale $10, at-the-door $15.
