Museum on Main Invites Preschoolers, Families to "Here Comes Holi" festival

Preschoolers and their families are invited to "Here Comes Holi," a celebration of the colorful Hindu spring festival. The event is part of the museum's Reading Time, a free, monthly book and activity program. The event will listen to a story about Holi festival which has become popular with non-Hindus in many parts of the world, and make flower necklaces and create colorful paper rangoli designs, intricate geometric patterns traditionally placed near a home to keep away bad spirits.
