Candidates Forum
Pleasanton Gardens holds its Tenth Biennial Candidates' Forum at 6:00 p.m. on August 30 at 251 Kottinger Drive.
The Forum should not exceed one hour in length and will be videotaped for later broadcast on COMCAST community access channels. A quorum of the present City Council will be present, and this will be a public event (up to the occupancy limits of the room).
Event format:
Find out what's happening in Pleasantonwith free, real-time updates from Patch.
* Welcome by Host and introduction of Timer, Moderator and Candidates
* A two minute opening statement from each candidate from the podium.

* One minute esponses to questions posed by the Moderator.
* One minute responses to written questions posed by the audience and selected by the Moderator.
* The Moderator may pose some questions to Mayoral or Council Candidates only, or to all, and may re-direct or seek clarification as he may see fit.
* Closing remarks by the Host, followed by cake and juice.
