Livermore Amador Valley Garden Club

The Livermore Amador Valley Garden Club, serving the Tri-Valley area cities of Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon and Sunol, will meet Thursday, October 14th at 7p.m. at the Alisal Elementary School multipurpose room, 1454 Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton.

Speaker, Barry Hoffer of the Maples for All Seasons Nursery in Pleasanton, widely known as "The Maple Guy" will focus on the pruning of Japanese Maples, his specialty for the past fifteen years. He is President of the Northern California Japanese Maple Society and his collection includes all but a fourth of the world's available cultivars.
