Here is a list of road closures for the parade, according to Pleasanton Police Sergeant Penelope Tamm.

From 3:30 to approximately 6:30 the entire length of Santa Rita Road from Black to Bernal Avenue will be closed.

Traffic between Black and Stanley will be diverted into the northbound lanes of
Santa Rita Road and vehicles will be diverted onto Stanley Boulevard. Vehicles will not be able to cross Main Street at locations such as St. John, Rose Avenue, etc.

At about 6:30 p.m., when the parade ends, the section of Main Street from St. Mary to Rose will continue to be closed until approximately 7:30 p.m. for the tree lighting ceremony.

The prediction of a 90 percent chance of rain appears to have changed to being very unlikely but city officials say that in the case of rain, residents can call the rain line to check on the status of the parade.
