If you headed north on Interstate 680 Friday morning, it probably wasn't a pleasant experience.
An ice cream truck overturned just north of Rudgear Road at about 7:15 a.m. on Friday, blocking three lanes of traffic.
About an hour later, there was another accident near the Crow Canyon exit in San Ramon.
And not just on Friday, but recently there have been a number of accidents on Interstate 680.
In August, a fatal accident on an I-680 on-ramp in Pleasanton claimed the life of a 22-year-old.
About a week earlier, two people died from a fatal accident in San Ramon.
