Are you Ready for Some Football? Summer Camp in Full Swing

It was high noon and 90 degees, the squad was in full pads and only the second day of camp.

I visited football summer camp today at Foothill Highschool in Pleasasnton. It was high noon and 90 degrees. The squad was out there on the north field in full pads.

The Foothill High School football team is in their second day of summer camp and wasted no time getting with the program. They were running drills and blocking in full pads.

The offense ran passing drills with the line blocking and the defense rushing the passer, and the wide receivers running their routes and catching everything thrown at them.

It is that time of year when the football adrenalin starts flowing, with the  hall of fame game last week and the preseason games this week. There is football electricity in the air.
