It has taken me a bit to finally get this up, had to get my son to scan it. Anyways, I got this flier on my door a while back and have since heard some rumors backing this up.
If this is true we are going to be throttled with even more traffic. It already takes forever to get anywhere because the traffic is so horrible. I think it may be time to call city council and make sure this doesn't happen.
