Shoplifting Gang

This is a shame.  The bag idea implemented in Alameda County sounded like a great "green" idea.  Unfortunately, I knew this would lead to shoplifting.  I also feel sad that we added Bart to the mall.  It is so easy for gangs to come in and steal and leave.  I was in Rite Aid in Livermore and they now have to lock up inexpensive items like razor blades.  The shoplifters divert the attention of the employees and just take the bags and steal aisles of merchandise and run out.  I feel we may need security in every store now????
