What is that smell on Sunol Blvd at night?

What is that smell on Sunol Blvd by Life Technologies at night? Smells super strong like a skunk. But it is almost every night. Still smell it if I walk by there in the mornings. Can't be the same skunk for this long?!?
What are they doing at Life Technologies? It's DNA stuff or other scientific testing? Are they releasing something in the air at night?
Living over there it is so strong it makes your eyes burn. Maybe contact Air Quality board and see what they say?
