Pleasanton Police Detain Suspects After Multi-Agency Warrant Service in Oakland

Police are not releasing many details about the suspects or warrant service at this time.

Information from the Pleasanton Police Department—

The Pleasanton Police Department was involved in a multi-agency warrant service this morning related to an open, on-going investigation involving Pleasanton Police Detectives and agents from the California Department of Justice.

Due to the nature of the warrant service, investigators were assisted by SWAT teams from the Oakland Police Department, Fremont Police Department and the East County Tactical Team.

Several people have been detained from multiple locations without resistance and without injury.  As this is an on-going investigation, no specifics about the investigation will be released at this time.  An updated press release containing additional information will be made public when it is appropriate to do so.
