Police and Fire Log: June 21 to June 27

Reported crimes last week included many thefts, several from Stoneridge Mall, and arrests for public intoxication.  The Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department responded to a small tree on fire on West Positas Boulevard and several traffic crashes.  On June 27, the fire department also responded to two house fires.  Read about it here.

June 21

• A traffic collision occurred at the intersection of Owens Drive and Hacienda Drive at 8:42 a.m.

• A public disturbance was reported on the 4600 block of Bernal Avenue at 5:57 p.m.
• Fraud was reported on the 4400 block of Rosewood Drive at 6:35 p.m.
• Theft was reported on the 4800 block of Woodthrush Road at 9:46 p.m.
• Vandalism was reported on the 300 block of Saint Mary Street at 11:18 p.m.

June 22

• A traffic collision occurred on I-580 westbound near Hopyard Road at 7:50 a.m.

• Petty theft was reported on the 2100 block of Stoneridge Mall Road at 9:08 a.m.
• Petty theft was reported on the 400 block of Old Bernal Way at 10:57 a.m.
• A fire was reported on the 3900 block of West Las Positas Boulevard at 12:26 p.m. A small tree was on fire in the center median.
• A traffic collision was reported at the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Morgan Field Road at 3:46 p.m.
• Petty theft was reported on the 2700 block of Camino Segura at 6:25 p.m.
• Vandalism was reported on the 7300 block of Johnson Drive at 8:09 p.m.
• Petty theft was reported on the 5600 block of Springhouse Drive at 9:01 p.m.

June 23

• A residential burglary was reported on the 3000 block of Calle De La Mesa at 9:53 a.m. Stolen items included a bicycle.
• A fire was reported at the intersection of Valley Avenue and Greenwood Road at 11:47 a.m.
• Theft was reported at Hollister Co. on the 1300 block of Stoneridge Mall Road at 3:40 p.m. Stolen items included colognes and perfumes.

• A 69-year-old was arrested for public intoxication at 4:11 p.m.

• A 22-year-old man was arrested for theft at 4:32 p.m.
• A 32-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication at 5:29 p.m.

June 24

• A 26-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence at 12:11 a.m.

• A residential burglary was reported on the 1800 block of Palmer Drive at 10:11 a.m. Damaged items included a broken screen door.
• A traffic collision occurred at the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue at 5:47 p.m. Minor injuries were reported.
• A 48-year-old man was arrested for theft at 5:55 p.m.
• A 22-year-old man was arrested for theft at 6:06 p.m.

June 25

• A 49-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication at 1:02 a.m.

• A traffic collision was reported at the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Hearst Drive at 9:56 a.m.
• Theft was reported on the 1600 block of Stoneridge Mall Road at 12:37 p.m.
• A traffic collision was reported on the 2500 block of Stanley Boulevard at 3:43 p.m.
• Battery was reported on the 6000 block of Johnson Drive at 7:34 p.m.

June 26

• A 33-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication at 12:43 a.m.
• A 28-year-old woman was arrested public intoxication at 12:45 a.m.
• A 19-year-old woman was arrested for public intoxication at 4:40 a.m.
• A traffic collision was reported on I-580 westbound near Hopyard Road at 10:02 a.m.
• A 22-year-old man was arrested for driving without a valid license at 1:02 p.m.
• A traffic collision was reported on I-580 westbound near Tassajara Road at 1:31 p.m.
• A 51-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication at 2:04 p.m.
• A residential burglary was reported on the 800 block of Montevino Drive at 11:45 p.m.

June 27

• A 26-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:46 a.m.

• A traffic collision was reported on I-680 southbound near Stoneridge Drive at 2:06 a.m.
• A 20-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:53 a.m.
• A 32-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication at 5:13 p.m.

• A 30-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 5:28 p.m.
