From Pleasanton Police:
In the course of investigation of an allegation of employee misconduct, the
Pleasanton Police Department, based upon probable cause, obtained a search warrant for a City of Pleasanton employee’s Pleasanton residence. At the residence, investigating personnel discovered illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The employee was subsequently arrested for violation of section 11377 of the Health and Safety Code (possession of a controlled substance)
and booked into Santa Rita County Jail.
The employee, Heidi Feathers, a Police Dispatcher, has been placed on administrative leave. A confidential personnel investigation is being conducted independent from the pending criminal investigation.
