Police Identify Suspect in Stabbing

Pleasanton Police are looking for 33-year-old Jesse Serpa of Livermore.

Pleasanton Police have identifed a suspect in connection with a stabbing that happened on Nov.14 at about 9:00 p.m. The stabbing took place at the apartment complex located at 3819 Vineyard Avenue after two men began arguing with each other and started fighting. During the fight, the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim one time. The suspect fled on foot.

The 30-year-old victim from Livermore, who was taken to Eden Medical Center with single stab wound to his chest, later identified the suspect as 33-year-old Jesse Serpa of Livermore. A no-bail warrant has been issued for Serpa’s arrest.

The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office was charged Serpa with one count of attempted murder.

Police are seeking any information that will lead to the arrest of Serpa.
