A list of notable incidents from the Pleasanton Police Blotter

There were burglaries, thefts, vandalism and an armed robbery recorded in the last week. Police are still looking for an the armed robber who went into a Check N' Go store on Hopyard Road and took an undisclosed amount of cash.

May 17

  • 4:20 p.m., Theft, all other, 4300 block of Foothill Road, items taken included electronics and a cell phone.
  • 6:35 p.m.,Vandalism, 6200 Stoneridge Mall Road, damage to a maintenance golf cart

  • 3:41 p.m., Burglary residential, 7300 block of Royal Oaks Court, items taken included electronics and jewelry
  • 3:45 p.m., Armed robbery, 2700 block of Hopyard Road. At 3:45 p.m., an armed robber entered a Check N Go store on Hopyard Road. The robber displayed a handgun to the store employee and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on a chrome-colored bicycle. A number of officers and police canine were called to search the scene. The police are still investigating the case. The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, between 20 to 25 years old with a thin build.

May 20

  • 11: 13 a.m., Theft all other, 1100 block of Santa Rita Road, items taken included a blackberry phone
  • 12:21 p.m., Theft burglary from an automobile, 5700 block of Las Positas Boulevard, items taken included clothing and paperwork
  • 4:01 p.m., Theft burglary from an automobile, Vineyard Avenue
