• Male arrested 12:19 a.m. on the 1500 block of Fairview Court for allegedly disturbing the peace.

• Male arrested 10:34 p.m. Valley Avenue at Crestline Road for alleged driving under the influence and warrant.
• Rape report filed by female 4:25 p.m. from Motel 6 on 5100 Hopyard Road. Incident reportedly occurred Aug. 4 and is under investigation. 
• Suspected domestic battery arrest of male 5:26 a.m. on the 7000 block of Johnson Drive.
• Double arrest of individuals for suspected prowling/trespassing and resisting arrest 12:53 a.m. on 5700 West Las Positas Boulevard.
• Residential burglary reported 12:37 p.m. on the 100 block of Trenton Circle. Entry through unlocked garage with $12,460 of engines and motor parts taken.
• Male arrested 2:13 a.m. on 300 St. Mary Street for riding a bicycle under the influence.
• Graffiti logged 7:55 a.m. on 5800 Parkside Drive.
• Bay Fair BART briefly shut down over reports of man with gun. 
• Pleasanton man, 63, injured, along with girl, during runaway horse and carriage incident in Petaluma.

• Vandalism: 7:05 a.m. along 5800 Parkside Drive.
• Graffiti: 8:04 a.m. on 3400 Hopyard Road.
  
• Male arrested 10:09 p.m. for alleged public intoxication Payne Road at West Las Positas Boulevard.
• Burglary reported 9:24 p.m. on 1000 Stoneridge Mall Road.
• Male arrested for suspected theft 5:44 p.m. on 1700 Stoneridge Mall Road.
• Thefts: 10:30 a.m. on 3900 Stoneridge Drive; 2:56 p.m. on 1100 Stoneridge Mall Road.
• Dublin school volunteer pleads not guilty to embezzlement. 

• Residential burglary reported 7:53 p.m. on the 2700 block of Laramie Gate Circle. Incident occurred Aug. 3 between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., when a pry tool was used on a living room window, and $600 of electronics and backpack taken.
• Drunk-and-disorderly arrests of man and woman 9:17 p.m. along 4100 Vineyard Avenue.
• Drug violation reported 8:10 p.m. on the 3000 block of Chardonnay Drive.
• Male arrested 11:16 p.m. for DUI on Main and St. John streets.  

• Vehicle reported stolen 7:52 a.m. along 6400 Stoneridge Mall Road.
• Bicycle theft logged 3:32 p.m. on the 700 block of Peters Avenue.

• San Ramon woman, 65, arrested 6:16 p.m. on Valley Avenue at Santa Rita Road for alleged possession of methamphetamine and an addict driving a vehicle.
• Pleasanton male, 36, arrested for suspected public intoxication 2:46 a.m. along 5500 Sonoma Drive.
