• San Ramon man, 23, arrested 1:37 a.m. Valley and Bernal avenues for suspected driving under the influence.
• Two Tracy men, 23 and 22, arrested 2:19 a.m. on the 8000 block of Arroyo Drive for alleged public intoxication, battery, resisting arrest.

• Drunk-and-disorderly arrest 10:16 a.m. along 500 Peters Avenue of male, 37. (Same man, same charge, Sept. 11.)
• San Leandro woman, 24, arrested for alleged DUI 11:42 p.m. Ray and First streets.
• Robbery reported 1:45 a.m. of 7-Eleven, Valley Avenue.
  
• Pleasanton man, 52, arrested for suspicion of domestic assault 5:07 p.m. on the 8100 block of Canyon Creek Circle.
• Stolen vehicle recovered 1:06 p.m. on 5600 Owens Drive.
  
• Warrant arrest: 11:33 p.m. along 3800 Old Santa Rita Road.
  
• Vandalism: 8:45 a.m. on 1400 block of Groth Circle.
  
• Thefts: 7:46 p.m. on 4300 Foothill Road; 6:25 p.m. on 3300 Harpers Ferry Court.
