Police Snag Taggers for Spray Painting Downtown Bridge
The two 19-year-olds were arrested on Feb. 23
In the seeming midst of a citywide wave of graffiti, police on Saturday afternoon reportedly snared two 19-year-olds spray-painting a downtown bridge.
The men, from Livermore and San Carlos, were arrested at 3:51 p.m. under the bridge on the 3900 block of First Street on suspicion of defacing property, according to the Pleasanton Police Department.
A citizen first alerted law enforcement to the tagging underway and, while one suspect briefly attempting to flee, authorities apprehended and booked the duo at the , reports state.
