Collegenews.com is reporting that Eddie Griffin, the comedian who was involved in a scuffle at Comedy House in Pleasanton on July 13, is considering filing a lawsuit against TMZ, the media outlet that originally reported the incident.

The woman, Fiona Walshe, told TMZ that Eddie Griffin pointed to her and said, “You’re a LESBIAN. All you need is a good man . . . I’ll volunteer my services. You won’t be needing any strap-on’s or vibrators with me.”
“He started to pump his hips into my face,” Walshe stated. “I felt sexually assaulted and I wanted him to stop – then I threw the drink at him to defend myself.”

According to Collegenews.com and TMZ, Griffin is now threatening a lawsuit against TMZ because he believes they "wrongfully characterized his behavior in their original reporting of the incident."
