Steve Stewart, who lives across the street and was mowing his lawn when the accident occurred said the truck was coming out of the intersection of Jensen St. and Santa Rita Road, as if it was going to make a turn. Instead, the car went straight into the fence and fire hydrant, he said.

Stewart said there was also a small dog inside the vehicle.
