A Pleasanton woman was arrested after police say she was caught on video surveillance wearing pajamas stolen from her neighbor's home.

The surveillance camera was installed after residents in the 7700 block of Canyon Meadows Circle were burglarized on Dec. 13, 2013. Electronics, tools, home furnishings, and clothing were taken during the burglary.

According to police, two weeks later, the neighbor of the victim was caught on tape wearing pajamas stolen during the Dec. 13 burglary. The neighbor, Sormeh Angela Zupan, 39, was seen "walking in front of the residence wearing the stolen pajama pants and slippers from the burglary."

The sighting of the pilfered pajamas prompted investigators to serve a search warrant at Zupan's residence on Jan. 22, where police detectives not only recovered all of the stolen property but discovered Zupan had decorated her home with some of the victim’s home furnishings.

Zupan was arrested by police and will be booked at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin. Zupan is facing two felony charges including burglary and possession of stolen property, Pleasanton police investigators said.
