Safeway Building Evacuated Due to Freon Leak

The Safeway building in the 6000 block of Stoneridge Mall Drive was evacuated Monday afternoon after the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department discovered a Freon leak from an air conditioning unit.

Four Men Facing Real Estate and Conspiracy Charges

One of the defendants, who had a Pleasanton business as well, also charged with perjury and had already been charged with assault and grand theft in another case. Hogarty, 49, was arrested when he showed up for his preliminary hearing on Monday for the assault case related to an attack on a former roommate at his Livermore home. Read the full story here.
