Witnesses Sought in Hit-And-Run Collision that Sent Motorcyclist to Hospital

Information submitted by Pleasanton Police—

On March 11, at about 5:02 p.m., a motorcyclist was involved in a traffic
collision on Stoneridge Drive near Rialto Way causing the rider of the motorcycle to be transported to Eden Hospital with significant injuries. 

The victim and multiple witnesses describe an involved vehicle as being a black Toyota Tacoma or Nissan-type pick-up truck. The pick-up is said to have chrome (six or seven spoke) rims and low profile tires. The truck may also have its rear window tinted and a fiberglass bed cover.

Witnesses described the driver of the pick-up as a Hispanic male in his mid to late thirties with black hair. 

We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this person and/or the vehicle.
