Food Workers, Castlewood Country Club Reach Agreement After 3-Year Dispute

Union food workers at Castlewood Country Club are declaring victory after a three-year contract struggle with club management came to an end earlier this month, UNITE HERE Local 2850 said in press release Thursday. MC Hammer Gets the Slammer for 'Obstructing and Resisting an Officer'

Rapper MC Hammer, best known for his puffy pants and 1990 hit song, "U Can't Touch This," was arrested by Dublin Police Services on Feb. 21 at the Hacienda Crossings Shopping Center in Dublin. Hammer was booked and released into the Santa Rita Jail for obstructing an officer in the performance of their duties and resisting an officer.
