Flags to Fly at Half-Staff in Honor of CHP Officer
The flags will remain lowered until his services.
From the City of Pleasanton:
Flags at public buildings and Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department will be lowered to half-staff to honor fallen California Highway Patrol Officer Kenyon Youngstrom.
They will remain so until the pending service for Officer Youngstrom.
