For the fourth year in a row, Callippe Preserve Golf Course in Pleasanton has made the Grennskeeper.org list of year-end best rankings, once again securing the East Bay nomination for Best Value “Worth the Green Fee,” according to a city press release.
Greenskeeper.org is the largest active social golf network and features a free online community providing aeration alerts, golf course reviews, photos, free handicap, score tracking, specials, current rates, twilight hours, tee times, product reviews and more.
“This award is particularly meaningful because it was directly generated from patrons who use the course regularly and know it,” notes course General Manager Mike Ash.
“We are very honored to be considered a good value in an economy when it is most appreciated,” he adds.
The award was derived from analyzing the last 12 months of online survey ratings submitted by Greenskeeper.org site users, reviewing the last 12 months of online user submitted reviews and taking into account the survey results/posted reviews of Greenskeeper.org staff when available in 2011.
