A Parade for World Series Champion Brandon Crawford: What Are Your Suggestions?

How should we welcome our local Giant home?

The Giants swept the World Series last night and are arriving back in the Bay Area today. Pleasanton's own local pride, Brandon Crawford, is among them.

The Pleasanton Downtown Association has confirmed that the parade involving Crawford is a possiblity as they are reaching out to the Giants. Facebook followers have been commenting via Facebook to the PDA about a parade.

Joanne Hall of the City of Pleasanton says they are working on plans for celebrating Crawford.

"We are definitely planning some acknowledgement for our hometown guy and should know more details in a day or so," she said.
