Anita Sanchez Retires After Almost 40 Years in Same Classroom
Attend Miss Sanchez's retirement event on May 24.
Anita Sanchez is retiring from Fairlands Elementary after 40 years teaching first grade, and students and parents are invited to help her celebrate.
Sierra Stewart said she had her for first grade in 1980, and now her daughter has here; there are probably many stories like that.

for a reception in her honor
on Thursday, May 24
from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
All past and current students
and parents are welcome.
We will be collecting cards/memories and pictures
to fit into an 8 x 8 album and for a slideshow.
