Who was your most influential high school teacher? Mr.Richey, AP Language and Composition. He was the one who taught me how to truly think. He taught me to question the world and all the things that we take granted everyday. By living an examined life, I have discovered so much more joy and so many more blessings to be grateful for.

What was your favorite high school subject? Leadership! How can it not be, as ASB President?

What are you going to miss most about Pleasanton when you go away to college? I will miss the sense of family I have developed with all the classmates
and adults I have grown up with. We are truly so lucky to live in such a supportive and kind-hearted community. I doubt I will find anything like it in the future.

What was your favorite activity in high school? I love to dance. From Chinese ethnic dance to modern ballet, I learned to express all of my joys and sorrows through movement. It's one of my greatest passions, and I hope to continue it in college.
