CA Reyner will use a combination of Yoga styles plus
physical therapy that will help keep you comfortable while gardening. The goal of the class is to provide you with information to give you freedom from pain, and strength to do what you want to do. Learn how to protect your body while gardening; practical applications will be shared.
Bring a blanket, towel or mat and wear comfy, stretchy clothes. All levels welcome!
