For Children Turning 5 This Year, it's Almost School Time!

Registration for incoming kindergartners and elementary school students begins tomorrow afternoon.

Kindergartners and students new to the Pleasanton Unified School District can begin registering for the 2011-12 school year on Wednesday.

Registration for students between kindergarten and grade 5 will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on March 16 and 17 in the small gym of Amador Valley High School.

The district encourages all families wanting to enroll students entering kindergarten to register during this time, as it helps district officials determine how many kindergarten classes are needed for the following school year.
