Yin Yoga Workshop

"Yin Yoga is a Dance, not a wrestling match".

We often try to force our bodies into stretches or postures that the body tries to resist. The essence of Yin Yoga is learning how to yield with the quality of acceptance.

Take this Yin Yoga Workshop and experience calm, sustained, supported stretches for the back, hips and legs. Yin specifically targets the joints and connective tissues in the hips, pelvis and lower spine to release and ease pain. Specific propping will be provided to support the muscles while we stretch the connective tissues and sink deep into our joints. 

Certified Yoga instructor, Karen Baker, will gently guide you through a series of poses to promote deep joint stimulation and health. Registration is required.
